How to Take the Perfect Selfie

Hello my beauties, I hope you are all having a lovely weekend and are doing well. Today I wanted to blog about how to take the perfect selfie. Although selfies are just a bit of fun it can be annoying when you can’t capture the perfect one. Here are a few of my quick tips and tricks, I hope you enjoy and I will see you all in my next blog post,

Pump up the Volume
Who knew big hair could be so important? Often, selfies become flat when the hair is too. Giving hair a boost around the top and sides will work perfectly.
Download the Camera+ App
Knowing your good side helps massively when capturing an awesome selfie. For 99p this app allows you to brighten and clarify your skin, and make your pout shine even brighter.
Use a Filter
Try use a filter to help airbrush out your skin on days where it is looking a little tired.
Take off your phone cover
Turns out by taking of the cover of your phone, can actually affect the photo quality.
Do as the models do
Holding your phone high above your head and away from you at a 45 degree angle, helps you look slim and trim in your selfie.
Let there be light
Early morning or late afternoon is prime time for selfie lighting.
Get your angles right
Experimenting in front of a mirror to figure out your angles will help improve your selfie game. The majority of people look best when their face is slightly tilted to the camera, as opposed to a straight on photo.
Slow and steady captures the selfie
Concentrating and going slow will help you take selfies that are in focus and clear.
Have fun
Finally, and most importantly have fun with it and don’t take it too seriously.
