3 Tips to Make Your Nail Polish Dry Faster

I don’t know about you, but I absolutely hate painting my nails solely on the fact the polish can take so long to dry. Suddenly, once I have started painting my nails I suddenly have a hundred and one things to do. But fear no more friends, I have done my research and wanted to share the quick ways you can make your nail polish dry in a matter of seconds

The Mani Blowout
On most hairdryers you will find a “cool” button. Using this on your nails set your polish in a matter of minutes. However, don’t use the hot air on your nail polish as it will actually do the opposite and stop your nail polish from hardening. Just simply blast some chilly air onto your nails for around a minute and gently tap to gauge if they are still tacky.

Take a Dip
Now we know cool air helps nail polish harden, employ the same idea but with water. Dipping your nails into a cold bowl of water for a minute or two will help your polish to set to the point you can go about your business as normal.

Upgrade
Investing in a quick dry version instead of your usual top coat will help speed up the dry time of your nail polish. Essie’s Quick E-Drying Drops, which you can apply after your nail polish will help speed up drying time and can be found at your local drugstore.

Now you know my quick tricks for getting my nails to dry faster why don’t you tell me yours in the comments below? Until next time beauties, take care and I’ll talk to you all in my next blog post,
